Today I received the official paperwork in the mail (Warranty Deed). The property is mine!

Now the real work begins. As difficult as everything has been up to this point in time, what comes next will be even more so, primarily because of limited funds I have. Right now, my plan is to wait until after the last snowfall to really get started. That will also give me more time to save a bit more. I don't want to wait any longer than I have to but I don't see much happening for at least a few months, maybe more.
